Custom Design Renovations is owned by David Hilman and his wife Lori. They have been
in the Gainesville area since 1989. David has been in the construction business for over 20
years and has owned his own company for over 8 years. He is very involved in the community
through the Builders Association of North Central Florida. David has served BANCF for
over 5 years at various positions and became president in December 2010. He has earned
numerous accolades throughout the years. He is a Certified Master Builder (one of only a
handful in the state of Florida); and a Certified Graduate Remodeler; a Certified Aging-in-Place
Specialist.
David and Lori have been married for over 20 years and have two young children. The currently
reside in the High Springs area. They are both involved in the community and their children's
schools.
